Dr. Hörtkorn takes first place in the German B2B Award
First place in the category ‘Customer satisfaction insurance brokers’ for the Heilbronn-based company Dr. Hörtkorn in the German B2B Award 2020/21.
The German Society for Consumer Studies – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien – collected more than 220,000 decision-maker assessments on a total of 1,370 companies.
Which of the numerous B2B service providers have the most satisfied clients? This was one of the central questions of the German B2B Award study. More than 220,000 decision-makers’ assessments of 1,370 companies were obtained for this purpose. The study participants in management positions, who had to have been a client of the company to be assessed in the last three years, were asked online about their experiences. The selection of companies was based on independent research by the German Association for Consumer Studies into the largest and most important providers in the sectors under consideration. The survey was conducted without the involvement of the companies surveyed, and only companies for which at least 100 evaluations were submitted, were included in the evaluation.
Dr. Hörtkorn now took first place in the German B2B Award in the category ‘Customer Satisfaction Insurance Brokers’. “For us, the award came as an absolute surprise. We are very pleased about this and for our more than 200 employees it is a strong confirmation of their daily commitment to our clients” says Christian Hörtkorn, Managing Director and owner of the Dr. Hörtkorn Group as well as acting President of the international insurance broker network UNIBA Partners. The insurance broker, founded in 1966, serves clients from German medium-sized businesses as well as globally active corporations. The Head Office is located in Heilbronn/Baden-Württemberg. Clients throughout Germany are served by seven additional Branch Offices, and in the USA Dr. Hörtkorn is handled by a separate company. Worldwide, more than 5,500 employees support clients through the international network UNIBA Partners.
