International collaboration, innovative technologies and the future of the insurance industry were at the heart of this year’s UNIBA Partners Worldwide Conference, held from 21 to 24 October 2026 in Knokke-Heist, Belgium.
Approximately 130 industry experts and executives from more than 80 international partner companies came together to discuss current developments, exchange experiences and further strengthen collaboration within the global insurance broker network.
Artificial Intelligence and the Insurance Broker of the Future
One of the conference’s key topics was how the role of insurance brokers will evolve in the coming years. Particular attention was given to the growing importance of artificial intelligence, digital technologies and automated processes, illustrated through practical examples and real-world applications.
The discussions highlighted the opportunities technological innovations offer for improving operational efficiency, enhancing client service and advancing insurance advisory services.
International Partnerships as a Key Success Factor
Alongside the presentations and expert discussions, the conference placed particular emphasis on personal exchanges between international network partners.
