The HÖRTKORN GROUP was named “Best Service Provider for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses” in the Insurance Broker category in the latest “Best Service Provider for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses 2026” ranking by ServiceValue in cooperation with WirtschaftsWoche, securing 1st place for the first time. Since 2021, the company has regularly been among the top-ranked service providers for German SMEs – and this year, it has made the leap to the top.
The study is based on a comprehensive survey of decision-makers from small and medium-sized enterprises. Among other factors, the evaluation assessed service quality, customer focus, and customers’ willingness to recommend the company. The ranking is considered an important indicator of which service providers German SMEs particularly trust.
