The German Society for Consumer Studies collected more than 100,000 decision-maker assessments on a total of 1,387 companies.
Which of the numerous B2B service providers have the most satisfied customers? This was once again one of the central questions of the German B2B Award study. More than 100,000 decision-makers’ assessments of 1,387 companies were obtained for this purpose. The study participants in management positions, who had to have been a customer of the company to be assessed in the last three years, were asked online about their experiences. The selection of companies was based on independent research by the German Society for Consumer Studies into the largest and most important providers in the sectors under consideration. The survey was conducted without the involvement of the companies surveyed; only companies for which at least 50 evaluations were submitted were included in the evaluation.
In the insurance broker sector, the Hörtkorn Group once again took first place in the German B2B Award in the customer satisfaction category and also convinced the survey participants with its very good price-performance ratio.
